The Vira Gathering
A Path of Strength, Presence, and Brotherhood
A year of inner work through the eight portals of the ancient traditions

THE JOURNEY
The Wheel of the Year — An Initiatory Path
This annual cycle unfolds through eight portals aligned with ancient pre-Christian European traditions and the natural rhythm of the year. It is not a sequence of workshops, but a path of inner work, designed to be lived step by step, season after season.
Each gathering corresponds to a precise energetic threshold:
a moment where nature, time, and inner life shift together.
By entering these portals consciously, the work follows a simple principle:
what happens in the world is mirrored within the man who is attentive enough to listen.
The cycle begins with descent and release, moves through silence and ignition, opens into expression and power, matures into service and responsibility, and returns to discernment and integration.
It is a complete arc, not aimed at self-improvement, but at self-alignment.
Practices draw from authentic Tantra Yoga, ritual work, disciplined preparation, and embodied inquiry.
Silence, fasting, movement, breath, and precise forms of inner attention are used not as techniques to achieve states, but as means to cultivate presence, clarity, and integrity.
This path is for men who are willing to engage with themselves honestly, without performance and without avoidance.
It asks for commitment, patience, and responsibility and offers, in return, a deeper sense of orientation, strength, and belonging within the cycle of life.
The Wheel does not promise transformation.
It offers a place to stand, again and again, where transformation becomes possible.

THE ESSENCE OF THE YEAR
The Themes
Each portal opens a force that shapes the inner path:
fire, will, clarity, union, direction, integrity, truth.
To walk the Wheel is to let these currents move through you, to be tempered by darkness, lifted by light, and aligned with the quiet intelligence of the seasons.
The Practice
The work is embodied and direct:
Tantra Yoga from lineage, breath, presence training,
rituals in nature, silence, and spaces where men speak truth.
Not to feel more, but to stand straighter, to hold your energy with purpose, to become a vessel for something higher.
The Discipline
Each gathering begins before it begins. In the ten days leading up to a portal, a period of Mauna or fasting prepares the body and the mind so that you enter the retreat already attuned, already open. Learn more…
This is not just a sequence of workshops.
It is a rhythm, a year-long initiation,
a steady unfolding of strength, presence, and honesty.

FAQ
What is this cycle, really?
This is not a course, a training, or a self-improvement program.
It is a year-long initiatory path, structured through eight portals aligned with the natural cycle of the year.
Each gathering stands on its own, yet together they form a coherent and progressive journey of inner work.
Do I need to attend all eight gatherings?
No, but the cycle is designed as a complete arc.
Those who commit to the full year experience a deeper continuity and integration.
Joining individual portals is possible, provided the timing and readiness are aligned.
Who is this work for?
This path is for men who are willing to engage with themselves honestly.
It is suited for those who value discipline, presence, and responsibility,
and who are not looking for entertainment, therapy, or spiritual shortcuts.
Do I need previous experience in Tantra or yoga?
No prior experience is required.
What matters is readiness, not background.
Practices are introduced clearly and progressively,
with attention to safety, embodiment, and integration.
What kind of practices are included?
The work draws from authentic Tantra Yoga, ritual practice, silence, fasting, breath, movement, and embodied inquiry.
Practices are precise and grounded.
They are not performed to reach altered states,
but to cultivate clarity, sensitivity, and integrity.
What is Oshawa No. 7, and is it safe?
Oshawa No. 7 is a macrobiotics dietary discipline based on whole grains only,
practiced for a limited and defined period.
It is used to simplify the system, stabilize energy, and strengthen grounding.
It is not a starvation diet and is not practiced indefinitely.
All dietary preparations are explained in advance and closed together in ritual.
If you have medical conditions, this is discussed individually beforehand.
What is Mauna, and how is it practiced?
Mauna is ritual silence, practiced for a fixed amount of time each day during preparation.
It includes silence from speech and withdrawal from external stimulation
(phone, media, information intake).
Mauna is not isolation.
It is a discipline of listening and inner attention,
and it is always entered and exited consciously.
Is there any sexual content or erotic practice?
The work includes energy, embodiment, and sexuality as life force,
especially in certain portals such as Beltane.
However, this is not sexual acting-out, erotic service, or performance.
Sexuality is approached as an inner and relational energy,
held with respect, maturity, and clear boundaries.
Is this therapy or group sharing?
No.
While moments of sharing exist, this is not group therapy.
The work is initiatory and embodied,
focused on responsibility rather than emotional discharge.
Is this a religious or pagan practice?
No religion is taught or promoted.
The cycle is inspired by ancient pre-Christian European traditions
and by natural rhythms, not by belief systems.
The approach is symbolic, experiential, and practical.
What is expected of participants?
Commitment, punctuality, and sincerity.
Willingness to follow the preparatory disciplines.
Respect for the group, the space, and the work.
Nothing more — and nothing less.
Is this safe?
Yes.
The work is held with clear structure, boundaries, and attention.
Practices are adapted to the group and guided responsibly.
If something is not appropriate for you, it is addressed directly.
What if I am unsure whether this path is right for me?
Uncertainty is natural.
This path does not require belief, but readiness.
If you feel a quiet pull rather than excitement or fear,
that is often a good sign.
